Therapy Rooted in Nature, Presence, and the Wisdom of the Body
Rabbitbrush is the therapy practice of Ethan Jones, MS, LPCC, offering somatic and nature-based psychotherapy outdoors in Boulder, Colorado.
The natural world provides endless opportunities for transformation and personal growth. Through deeper integration of body, mind, spirit, and community, healing and wellness comes alive.
Our bodies are nature. By bringing mindfulness, movement, and awareness of the natural environment into therapy, we create space for healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

A Somatic and Nature-Based Approach to Therapy
Traditional talk therapy is only one way we process emotions and experiences. Somatic therapy recognizes that the body holds wisdom and that healing often involves reconnecting with physical sensations, emotions, movement, and awareness.
Nature therapy invites the natural world into the therapeutic process, creating opportunities for reflection, grounding, connection, and growth.
Sessions may include walking, mindful observation, movement, grounding practices, breathing exercises, or simply creating space to connect with what is present.
No two sessions are exactly alike because no two people are exactly alike.
